This ethylene oxide sterilizer is a special equipment that uses ethylene oxide gas to fumigate and sterilize articles sealed in sterilization room at a certain temperature (low temperature), pressure, humidity and a certain time. - Door opening mode: Fan-shaped or movable doors are optional
- Inner material: Adopt 304 stainless steel national standard steel plate with thickness ≥6mm, and the whole plate is welded by argon arc welding. Rugged and durable, the service life of the inner container exceeds 10 years.
- External material:Using high quality 304 stainless steel wire drawing plate δ = 1.2mm.
- Mode of heating: High-quality widened PTC silica gel plate is used for heating on six sides, which has independent temperature control in all directions, good thermal conductivity and uniform temperature, and the inner container is provided with double protection of sterilization
- Sterilizer door: Adopt single door structure, pneumatic single door seal (chute automatically opens and closes the door smoothly). In case of failure in use, it should always be locked and sealed.
- Sealing mode: silicone rubber external inflatable seal.
- Monitor instrument: The pressure, humidity and temperature monitoring device can automatically monitor in real time, and the accuracy and error are 1%.
- The steam pipeline is made of SUS304. Equipped with automatic steam generator and corresponding pipelines to form an independent steam injection pipeline and filter (sterilization level).
- Humidifying system: Automatic real-time monitoring, alarm when the humidity exceeds the set value, and humidity error in the cabinet: 5% RH.
- Species of sterilization agent 80% ethylene oxide mixed with 20% carbon dioxide, single tank bottle connected dosage port injection dosing method, stable, high efficiency.
- Residual removal system: The sterilizing agent is discharged, and the air enters the sterilizing chamber after being filtered by the filter. According to the sterilization process, filtered air can be introduced to normal pressure, and then the sterilization chamber is vacuumized for 9-99 times. After sterilization, the excess EO gas in the cabinet is pumped out by a water ring vacuum pump and fully mixed and dissolved with water at the same time.
- Printer storage function: Self-contained micro-printing equipment can print and save sterilization records. Built-in storage, which can store more than 8000 sterilization records and alarm records. Equipped with USB sterilization data export function, which can export data with one-click operation.
- Scope of application Suitable for sterilization of articles that are afraid of heat, humidity, negative pressure and ethylene oxide gas.
